Fraud Alert:

We have received reports of fraudulent calls appearing to come from North Georgia Credit Union’s phone number. Callers may claim there is a large or suspicious transaction on your account and may ask you to provide or verify personal or account information.

Please do not provide personal, account, card, PIN, password, or verification code information in response to an unexpected call. If you receive a suspicious call claiming to be from NGCU, hang up and contact us directly at (706) 886-1441. If you believe you may have provided information to a fraudulent caller, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Remember: Caller ID can be spoofed. A call appearing to come from NGCU does not necessarily mean the caller is legitimate.
